Class 1 Truck Driver

Job Description

As a Class 1 Truck Driver, you will be a part of the team that provides delivery services for our customers displaying the highest standards of safety and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for monitoring truck maintenance and keeping driver’s record requirements such as daily checklist.

This job can be physically demanding.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures and demonstrates safe work behaviors
• Completes reports and paperwork as required related to shipping orders, return of product, vehicle inspections and driving logs
• Assists in loading vehicles and is responsible for load security
• Ability to lift up to 75 – 100 lbs
• Communication as required with customers and dispatch to resolve any issues
• Deliver materials to private homes and construction sites safely – Materials include Windows and doors, Cement, Shingles, and other building materials
