Class 1 & 3 Drivers

Dexter Construction Company is a large, diversified Construction Company engaged in all major aspects of the heavy civil construction industry within the Atlantic Provinces.

We are currently looking for Class 1 & 3 Drivers to join our operations in New Brunswick for the 2026 season. These positions will be based out of those locations stated previously but may involve travel to other parts of the province as the need arises.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor‑trailer combination in a safe and efficient manner to designated locations
• Secure chain or binders to secure the load on the trailer during transit
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment under varying traffic and road conditions
• Advise the Foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs
• Report any driving infractions and/or suspensions
• Be aware of your surroundings at all times
