What the day will look like
+ end‑to‑end handling of complex insurance claims across various lines of business (e.g. travel, property, liability, motor, accident & health – depending on the portfolio)

+ registration and set‑up of new claims in internal systems

+ verification and analysis of claim documentation (policies, endorsements, invoices, medical / expert reports, correspondence)

+ assessment of coverage in line with policy terms and conditions and internal guidelines (within granted authority)

+ monitoring claim progress and actively following up with insurers, clients and stakeholders

+ handling queries from clients ...
