Claims Review Specialist - Frontline Verifications

Asurion is seeking a Claims Review Examiner to act as the frontline contact for customers flagged for additional claim verification. You will research, resolve, and update customers on required steps to complete their claims, while maintaining availability in the workbasket and meeting service levels.

You will work with investigators and analysts to spot fraud patterns, communicate issues, and participate in ongoing process improvements to handle a high volume of claims efficiently.
