**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
As Claims Manager, you will oversee Jensen Infrastructure's Workers' Compensation, Property, and General Liability claims from initial incident through resolution. You will partner with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, HR, EHS, Operations, and plant leadership to control claim costs, support employees through the process, and reduce future risk across our multi-state manufacturing footprint.
**A HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE:**
+ Manage Workers' Compensation, property damage, and General Liability claims from investigation through treatment, resolution, and closure.
+ Work directly with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, adjusters, brokers, and legal counsel to drive timely and favorable claim outcomes.
+ Review claim files, reserves, documentation, and claim strategies to keep claims moving and costs controlled.
