Claims Manager (CPT)

Role Overview

Based in the Santam Re & International business unit in Cape Town, the role supports the claims function for the Santam Limited Group’s buying side. The successful candidate will coordinate, oversee, and optimise reinsurance claims recovery processes across the Group’s local and international insurance operations.

What You Will Do

The role requires an experienced technical reinsurance professional who can manage complex claims portfolios, coordinate with multiple business units, oversee recoveries across proportional and non‑proportional treaty schemes, and strengthen operational governance across the Group. The claims manager will also engage with C‑suite executives within Santam and the broader reinsurance market.
