Job Description:
The Claims Examiner will analyze and process complex or technically difficult General Liability and Professional Liability claims, ensuring accurate evaluation, effective resolution, and compliance with applicable laws and standards. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and process complex General Liability and Professional Liability claims by investigating and gathering relevant information to determine claim exposure. Manage claims through well-developed action plans to achieve appropriate and timely resolution. Assess liability and resolve claims within assigned evaluation authority. Negotiate settlements within designated authority levels. Calculate, assign, and manage claim reserves to ensure reserve adequacy throughout the claim lifecycle.
