As a Property & Builders Risk Claims Consultant in our Specialty Lines team, you will handle Wood-Frame construction Builder’s Risk claims from our STRIIOR distribution channel. In addition to this, you will handle traditional and renewable Energy Commercial Property claims and Equipment Breakdown claims, including those from our Global Network.

• Investigate and evaluate complex Property, including Builders Risk/Course of Construction, and Equipment Breakdown claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Conduct thorough and timely investigations, including gathering and analyzing relevant information and documentation.
• Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and other parties involved in the claims process to gather information and provide updates on the status of claims.
• Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. ...
