Claims Associate (AMK-A)

- 1 - 2 years outsourced contract (renewable)
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

1) Verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and agreements
2) Clarify claims details and support documents submitted with the claimants
3) Escalate complex cases for review and discussion with stakeholders
4) Handle customer requests within established services standards
5) Provide administrative support
6) Undertake additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

1) Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in claims/ grants.
