The **Claims and Litigation Manager** under the general direction of the Director of Claim Services, manages the University’s claims to achieve optimal outcomes for the University and its clients, balancing indemnity paid and expense incurred. The Claims and Litigation Manager accomplishes his/her mission by regularly sharing pertinent claims information in a meaningful, constructive way to avoid, reduce, and mitigate risk. The Claims and Litigation Manager will manage a variety of claims, including, but not limited to: medical professional liability, employment practices liability, auto liability, general liability, and property claims.
