Claims Analyst I (Monterrey)

About the role

Claims Analyst I reports to the Personal Lines Claims manager.

• Review of claims (Pending list)
• Adjustment of electronic equipment claims (prepare adjustment, quote similar equipment, request requirements and collect agreement signatures)
• Payment to insured, payment to suppliers, notes in claims system SISE
• Adjustment of reserves, filing in statutory electronic repository
• Request and review AML requirements
• Registration of bank accounts (registration of folios)
• Preparation and distribution of non‑appropriate claim rejection letters
• Preparation of claim notice to UW team, interaction with SIU
• Record of recoveries in claims system
• Record of non‑cash recoveries made in favor of insured
• Closing of reserves
• Monitoring of claims assigned to independent adjusters when retained (review of reports, adjustments of reserves)
