CJ3 Instructor Pilot

As a CJ3 Instructor Pilot at CAE, you will play a key role in developing confident, highly skilled pilots through world‑class simulator and ground school instruction. You will lead clients through training using CAE‑approved curriculum, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
+ Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in accordance with regulatory standards, CAE curriculum, and customer requirements.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) guiding clients through all phases of their training.
+ Provide simulator, flight, and classroom instruction for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications.
+ Conduct thorough, professional pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings.
