Civil Survey Designer

Job Description
The Designer 2 is responsible for completing drafting assignments with moderate supervision while providing technical support on more complex projects. This role is heavily focused on CADD production (approximately 90% of the workload) with limited internal coordination responsibilities (10%).

Key Responsibilities:
Create and revise detailed drawings, plans, and technical diagrams
Provide drafting support within a designated discipline
Gather and verify project information from multiple sources
Monitor progress and quality of assigned work
Troubleshoot routine drafting issues using established procedures
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely deliverables
Support senior designers and engineers on larger projects
Potentially provide guidance to less experienced drafters
Occasional travel (typically less than 25%)
