Civil Supervisor – Data Centre Construction (6-month contract)

Kouvola, Finland

The role will involve overseeing all on-site civil works, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with programme requirements. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, carry out site inspections, and support the project management team in resolving site issues.

Key responsibilities

Supervision of civil works (earthworks, foundations, concrete and infrastructure), managing subcontractors, ensuring HSE and QA/QC compliance, reviewing RAMS, and reporting on site progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction works and site coordination
• Experience managing subcontractors in fast-paced environments
• Good understanding of HSE and quality standards
