Civil Site Agent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management. Preferably a tertiary education with good knowledge of all the different contract laws. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strong background in site management, thorough knowledge of building processes, and a hands-on approach to managing teams and timelines. Experience with high-rise buildings, hospitals, and medical builds. Expertise in budgeting, supervisory roles, and project controls. Strong knowledge of construction safety and local regulations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
