Job Description
Timmons Group is currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer III candidate to join our Stormwater Group located in our Charlotte, NC office location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to investigate storm drainage issues and support stormwater management designsComplete calculations using engineering formulas and skills and/or utilizes computers in order to solve problems with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM models.Provide engineering assistance for the design of stormwater control measures, stormwater retrofit designs and other stormwater related projectsConduct background research on technical issues and write clear reports and memorandums to convey project results to our clientsAssist in the preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates
