Civil Materials Lab Technician – Field & Lab Testing

Downer is seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to support testing of construction materials across the North Island. You will perform laboratory and field testing of asphalt, aggregates, and soils to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

The role requires physical fitness, a Full NZ Class 1 driver’s license, and good Excel/Word skills. You may rotate to night shifts and weekends with our Asphalt teams, based at the Omanawa – Matakokiri Drive Laboratory.
