Civil Estimation Engineer

Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare precise estimates for construction projects, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and accurate variance analysis.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates for commercial, residential, hospitality, EPC, civil, and fit‑out projects.
• Perform value‑engineering assessments and compare alternative designs to optimize project cost and constructability.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress tracking systems, and cost reports; monitor performance against budget and timeline.
• Review tender documents, BOQs and client requirements; lead the tendering and estimation process for large‑scale initiatives.
