Vacancy Description
- Supervises project site from beginning to end and manages parts of construction materials and construction machinery.
- Oversees project building and other scopes of work of the construction workers.
- Organizes materials and ensures sites are safe and clean.
- Prepares cost estimates and ensures appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Provides technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Prepares and submits Engineer’s Reports and other reports as required by the PIC.
- Report to PIC any work irregularities and disruptions causing project delays.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil)
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, ...
