About the Position: Responsibilities Develop installation master plan elements to ensure alignment with installation missions, industrial development principles, and long-range facility goals. Conduct field investigations and facility assessments to determine scoping requirements for major maintenance, site upgrades, and the evaluation of construction completeness.
