Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Pedimento audit per shipment
- Error identification and correction before payment
- Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow
- Interpret import and export DLSOP procedures to meet customer expectations
- Accurate and timely data entry into the operating system
- Track and trace customs files
- Verify compliance and correctness of documents for import and export
- Ensure compliance with internal policies (OPS) and external regulations (e.g., OEA)
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements
- Respond to overseas communications and internal/external requests in a timely manner
- Escalate problems to Management when necessary
- Complete mandatory and annual training (52 hours per year) and maintain compliance records
