**What you’ll do:**
Be responsible for ECIS costout at Costverse and support achievement of Plant monthly KPI and ensure process improved to achieve business goals and support growth.
+ Establish and execute plant level Annual Operations Plan (AOP).
+ Hold plant CI Council in the leadership team.
+ Manage ECIS / OpA Self-assessment and implement related OFA (to achieve business expected status).
