Key Responsibilities
- Sunday Service Operations
- Coordinate weekly Sunday services and special worship gatherings.
- Ensure all service elements are prepared, communicated, and executed smoothly.
- Prepare and manage service schedules, run sheets, and operational timelines.
- Support ministry leaders in ensuring readiness across all service departments.
- Conduct service planning follow-ups and coordinate pre-service preparations.
- Volunteer Coordination & Duty Rosters
- Prepare and manage ministry duty rosters and volunteer schedules.
- Coordinate manpower deployment across various ministry teams.
- Anticipate and resolve volunteer scheduling challenges.
- Maintain volunteer databases, availability records, and ministry schedules.
- Assist ministry leaders in volunteer engagement and coordination.
