Position Purpose

Serve as an ambassador for LINDT, ensuring all customers receive a world‑class premium experience and helping the store achieve its sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phone.
• Greet all customers with a warm welcome and provide a memorable in‑store experience.
• Educate and inform customers about Lindt chocolate products, including taste profiles and ingredients.
• Actively sample products and introduce new items through engaging discussion.
• Upsell to increase customer transaction spend while disclosing current in‑store promotions, events, and directed information.
