Children's Residential Support Worker Level 3

Overview

We are seeking caring, resilient, and dedicated Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team in Cheadle. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) within a safe, nurturing residential environment. These positions are not term‑time only, offering the opportunity to work throughout the summer holidays also and all year round. The successful candidate will work closely with young people to support their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education, and personal development while making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Shift Pattern

2 days on, 4 days off (including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑in shifts).
