About the Role

In this unique position, you will support young people aged 8–18, helping them overcome challenges, develop confidence and foster independence. Based in Maer, you will live on-site during your four working days, with accommodation and meals provided, working a rota of four consecutive days followed by seven days off. Your role combines daily care with exciting outdoor activities, including climbing, kayaking, mountain biking and hiking, all designed to build resilience and social skills.
