Location: Bristol

Reports to: Responsible Individual & Children’s Services Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OFSTED Registered Manager to take overall responsibility for the management and leadership of a new children’s home. The successful candidate will lead the home in providing a safe, caring, and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and physical development of children, underpinned by trauma-informed and PACE principles. You will act as a role model for both staff and children, ensuring the highest safeguarding standards are embedded in practice.
