We are supporting a high‑quality children’s residential provider in recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new home within their growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, child‑focused leader to take ownership of a brand‑new service, shape the culture from day one, and drive outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational leadership of the home, ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, embedding a strong safeguarding culture, and building a skilled, motivated staff team.
