The Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of program development, case management, and supervision of front‑line staff, including social workers, family support workers, and contracted personnel. This includes ensuring that all services are trauma‑informed, client‑centered, culturally appropriate, and aligned with both Tsleil‑Waututh Nation’s values and provincial practice standards.

As part of their scope, the Manager oversees programming supported by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), including but not limited to the FASD Key Worker Program. While the program supports families of children and youth with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions, it is part of a broader continuum of child and family services.
