Child Safeguarding Group Leader @ ESM Dubai

ESM is looking for a dedicated and experienced Child Safeguarding Group Leader to ensure safeguarding standards are consistently implemented, monitored, and aligned with organisational and regulatory expectations. This role plays a critical part in promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing, and accountability across all operations.

The successful candidate will lead incident handling, reporting, and investigations, while continuously evolving policies and procedures to best protect children, staff, and other stakeholders.
