Child Data Analyst

World Vision seeks a Child Data Analyst in Camarines Sur to support transformation through management of sponsorship databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages, updates, upgrades and maintains SSUI (HOPE) and GN databases.
• Administers technical application and troubleshooting for the databases.
• Manages security of sponsorship databases and implements disaster management plan.
• Collaborates with IMTS, SDMS and/or co-CDAs on database related issues.
• Ensures accurate, timely and updated information in SSUI (HOPE).
• Responds to GC/NO and SQS e-mails related to database concerns.
• Acts on RC lists reconciliation with community lists and updates child data in Horizon-HOPE.
• Manages custody of sponsorship records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Conducts final data checks for quality before database entry.
• Ensures child monitoring follow-up is acted on time by Program Officers.
