Child Care Behavior Technician

Overview

Are you passionate about improving the lives of children with autism in your community? Are you a dedicated individual looking for a meaningful and long term career?

We offer a two week PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones. You must be willing to take a national RBT board exam for full certification.
