One HVAC operator deployed in Catalonia, ten more by year‑end.

The role

• Telephony and WhatsApp infrastructure: Telnyx/Twilio integration, SIP trunking, number porting from Movistar, Vodafone and MásOrange without service interruption; WhatsApp Business API onboarding via 360dialog; multi‑channel orchestration so calls, WhatsApp and Google Business share one conversation context; production voice via ElevenLabs/Deepgram/OpenAI Realtime with sub‑second latency and regional accents.
• Spanish CRM integrations: native Holded, STEL Order, Praktiko – not Zapier glue. The end‑game is becoming the official AI receptionist inside their marketplaces.
