The role You’ll own engineering end-to-end, starting as Founding Engineer with a clear path to CTO as we expand. Concretely: Telephony + Whats App infrastructure. Telnyx/Twilio integration, SIP trunking, number porting from Movistar/Vodafone/Mas Orange without service interruption. Whats App Business API onboarding via 360dialog. Multi‑channel orchestration so calls, Whats App, and Google Business share one conversation context. Production voice via Eleven Labs/Deepgram/Open AI Realtime — sub‑second latency, regional accents. Spanish CRM integrations. Native Holded, STEL Order, Praktiko. Not Zapier glue. The endgame is being the official AI receptionist inside their marketplaces. Security and AI quality tooling.
