- Define and own the overall technical vision, platform architecture, and engineering roadmap
- Lead, recruit, and scale a world-class engineering organization
- Oversee the design, development, and reliability of backend systems, agents, talent matching models, and APIs
- Drive architectural choices across TypeScript/NestJS, Python/FastAPI, and AI/ML infrastructure
