Chief Surveyor

Lead and oversee all survey-related activities for the project. Ensure accuracy in setting out works, alignment control, track geometry, and topographic mapping. Supervise survey teams, allocate work, and monitor performance. Verify and validate survey reports, drawings, and GIS/AutoCAD outputs. Coordinate with design, construction, and quality teams for resolving survey-related issues. Maintain survey records, benchmarks, and data as per project and client requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Provide technical guidance and training to junior surveyors and field staff. Act as the primary point of contact with consultants/clients for all survey-related matters.
