Chief Superintendent (Unit Manager, Shared Competence)

Your task is to act as the supervisor of the unit's personnel and lead the unit's operations effectively, efficiently, and economically to achieve the strategic goals of the Police University College. Your responsibilities also include developing and renewing the skills of the unit's staff.

Additionally, you will develop the unit and the police activities and training under its responsibility, and maintain contact with the Police Administration, police units, and other authorities and stakeholders. If necessary, you will also participate in teaching, expert, and RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) activities.
