- Have a strong passion for clean kitchens and a working environment
- Ensure there are always clean cutlery and utensils for all kitchens and restaurants ready for service
- Sanitize all areas to the highest standard
- Be able to work with other cleaners
- Deliver and surpass internal customer satisfaction
- Be proactive and have the ability to lead and work independently
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Can operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Adhere to good safety habits, cleaning policies and procedures
- Ability to provide on‑the‑job training and orientation to new employees and supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the Stewarding department
- Oversee the hotel back‑of‑house operation, proper storage of food, kitchen utensils, operating equipment, and highest level of sanitation of all kitchens
