Job Responsibilities

• Organize cleaning chemicals, supplies, and supply rack (pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils).
• Rotate stock and bring wares from storage to kitchen; collect dirty pans from cooking line and transport to pot station for cleaning.
• Complete cleaning checklists to determine appropriate timelines for cleaning and sanitizing; clean and maintain sanitation areas, loading dock, ceiling, walls, and vents in dish room; ensure clean wares stored appropriately.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, pot‑scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with safety policies.
