Chief Specialist - Vehicles Technical Inspection

Job Purpose

To lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of technical vehicle inspection standards, policies, and systems across all vehicle categories, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The role ensures the integrity and quality of inspection processes through strategic oversight, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with emerging technologies such as electric, hybrid, and autonomous vehicles. It directly supports RTA’s mission of promoting road safety, innovation, and operational excellence in vehicle licensing.
