Responsibilities Serves as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program Manager and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Chief Risk Officer (CRO) under the Chief of Staff (CoS), providing oversight of the agency ERM framework. Synchronizes and integrates an ERM framework across all DLA program offices. Chairs the Enterprise Risk Working Group (ERWG) to provide a consistent methodology to support risk-informed decision making. Develops robust reporting and analysis to provide a comprehensive portfolio view of agency-wide risks, aligning mitigation efforts with DLA’s defined risk appetite and tolerance. Integrates ERM and RMIC frameworks across DLA by collaborating with audit readiness initiatives, the Office of Inspector General (OIG), and governance boards to ensure efficient risk discovery and mitigation.
