Overview

As part of the continued evolution of Nordea’s Payments & Cash Management Product Management, we are looking for a Chief Product Manager in our Nordic Retail & Mobile Payments domain.

Retail and mobile payments are undergoing rapid transformation with the shift towards account-to-account (A2A) payments, real‑time transactions, wallets, and reshaping how customers pay, get paid and interact with financial services. This role will play a key part in positioning Nordea in this changing landscape.

The Chief Product Manager is a senior individual contributor role with responsibility for a defined product area or strategic product theme within Retail & Mobile Payments. The role does not include formal people leadership, but instead focuses on setting direction, driving prioritisation, and ensuring product decisions create customer and business value while meeting regulatory and risk requirements.
