Chief Plant

We are seeking a Plant Manager for a major industrial plant located in Banda del Rio de Sali, Tucuman.

Responsibilities

• Managing all activities related to plant operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality/Laboratory, Processes, and Logistics).
• Periodically evaluating production process management, optimizing costs, proposing projects, and defining production process standards.
• Planning and scheduling production, considering stock, raw materials, supplies, labor, shifts, etc.
• Managing laboratory activities.
• Directing the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and instruments.
• Controlling warehouse stock and product quality by conducting and analyzing scheduled and unscheduled inventories.
• Coordinating the dispatch of daily, weekly, and monthly orders.
