In your role as Chief Pilot, you will report directly to the General Manager – Corporate Flight Operations. Responsibilities include developing training programs and managing regulatory compliance. You'll play a significant role in meeting client service expectations through effective leadership and operational oversight of flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the flight crew and develop operational procedures
• Perform Captain roles on Pacific Sky aircraft
• Manage training and compliance for flight crew
• Conduct annual performance reviews and coaching
• Integrate safety management into operational objectives
Requirements:
• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Current Category 1 Medical Certificate
