Chief Physician & Performance Group Leader

Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue seeks a chief physician to lead and develop the Tyks Operational Areas Performance Group (TR2). The role will transition from department chief physician to chief physician in fall 2026, with potential as performance group leader.

You will oversee seven service areas and contribute to education and research while ensuring budget compliance. Eligibility includes medical licensure, specialist qualification, doctoral degree and leadership training or experience.
