**Overview**

The **Chief of Staff (CoS)** is a critical role that reports to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and works closely with the Leadership Team (LT) to drive business, finance, and overall operations, a thriving team culture, internal communications, nurturing customer & partner ecosystem and organizational health. This position is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the LT operating rhythm and owns operational excellence, budget and headcount management, resource and fiscal planning, and participates in overall group strategy decisions. This role is also part of the Copilot & Agent Core (CACore) Chief of Staff community which works together to drive efficiency and leverage the work of the group.
