Job Description
A growing pharmaceutical company based out of Boston, MA is seeing a Chief of Staff/ Strategic Operations Project Manager to support senior Commercial IT leadership. This role blends Chief of Staff and Strategic Operations responsibilities, acting as an operational partner to the IT Vice President and Portfolio Director.
The ideal candidate will drive execution of strategic initiatives, support AI and technology governance, streamline cross functional operations, and develop executive level materials that enable clear decision making.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop executive level presentations, dashboards, reports, and readouts for IT DTE leadership.
