About the Role

The role in one line Be the operational co-pilot to the Founder & CEO, absorb complexity, build the processes and visibility that don't yet exist, hold a talented team accountable with warmth, and progressively take the internal operating load off the founder's plate so he can focus on the things only he can do.

What You'll Do

This is a build-from-zero role. In your first year, you will focus on two functions where we feel the gaps most:

Customer Experience operations

• Design the processes and playbooks behind our CX team — onboarding, integration tracking, renewals, escalations — so quality doesn't depend on individual heroics.

• Stand up customer-health visibility: account status, integration milestones, risks and blockers, in a system rather than in people's heads.

• Define coverage protocols so a team member taking leave never creates a gap.
