Chief HR Strategy & Compliance Leader (UAE)

Tasa Gulf Industry LLC is seeking a Senior HR Leader to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in Dubai. The candidate will oversee HR policy governance and compliance, develop HR strategy, and lead digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires over 18 years in HR, including senior leadership experience, and mastery of UAE Labour Law. Responsibilities include managing compensation frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and compliance with Emiratisation laws.
