Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven Chief Growth Officer to lead our company's revenue growth strategy and position the organization to achieve 10x revenue growth over the next 7 years. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across Private Duty Nursing (PDN), Personal Assistance Services (PAS), and Hospice building scalable referral networks, strategic partnerships, physician and hospital relationships, managed care partnerships, community outreach programs, and high-performing business development teams. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with operational execution, using data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, expand into new markets, increase referral volume, improve conversion rates, and strengthen our brand throughout Texas.
